These Terms & Conditions describe the use of Teriyaki Grill’s website and its online request forms. Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information when contacting us, requesting catering, or requesting rewards enrollment. Do not submit another person’s information without permission, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the website.
Menus, prices, promotions, restaurant hours, and item availability may vary by location and ordering channel. Review the information for your selected location and the final order details before submitting payment. If you notice an error or have a question, contact the restaurant before ordering.
Gift cards can be purchased through our Shift4/Qleenpay point-of-sale service. Our website also links to outside ordering and delivery services. Review the seller’s identity, total price, fulfillment details, gift card redemption conditions, and any terms presented before completing a purchase. Terms presented for a particular transaction apply subject to applicable law.
For order changes, cancellations, returns, or refund requests, contact the restaurant or seller identified in your confirmation. For purchases made through a third-party platform, you may also need to use that platform’s support process. These website terms do not create a blanket no-refund policy or limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Submitting a catering inquiry asks our team to contact you about your event. It does not, by itself, confirm a reservation or catering order. Menu selections, guest count, pricing, event details, payment arrangements, and any cancellation terms should be confirmed with our team before you rely on a booking.
Our rewards signup form collects your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. We send these details to Qleenpay for manual enrollment in the Teriyaki Grill Rewards Club. Submitting the form does not mean your rewards account is immediately active.
Members receive 20 points for joining the Rewards Club. Enrollment and the points credit require processing. Contact Teriyaki Grill for current earning, redemption, expiration, and participating-location details. Review any additional program terms provided during enrollment or with a particular offer.
Providing a phone number for enrollment does not, by itself, authorize automated promotional text messages. Any marketing messaging consent must be obtained separately through the applicable signup process.
Review the conditions shown with each offer, including participating locations, eligible items, dates, and any redemption limits. Contact the restaurant if an offer’s conditions are unclear before placing your order.
If you have a food allergy, dietary restriction, or ingredient question, contact the restaurant preparing your order before purchasing. Website descriptions and photos should not be treated as a guarantee that an item meets a particular dietary requirement.
